Mental health support for Main Campus students

All currently enrolled University of Arizona students can be seen at Counseling and Psych Services (CAPS).

If you have never been seen at CAPS or it’s been 6 months since your last visit, you'll have a brief meeting with a counselor to get started. Due to social distancing recommendations, all CAPS services are only available online via HIPAA secure Zoom:

The CAPS Mental Health Services & Basic Needs Directory has information about additional resources and services available to University of Arizona students.
